Terms of Service: No Refunds and Safety

At Red Dog Ranch, the safety and well-being of your dog are our top priorities. By enrolling in our training programs, day camps, or fitness sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refund Policy

• All payments for services including training, day camps, hunt tests, and fitness programs are final.

• Due to the nature of our personalized and resource-intensive services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason.

• In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session, clients will be offered a reschedule or credit toward future services.

Safety Commitment

• We maintain a strict safety protocol on our 60-acre training grounds, 8-acre lakes, and within our 3,000 sq ft climate-controlled indoor facility.

• All dogs must be current on vaccinations and meet health requirements before participating.

• Clients must disclose any known behavioral issues or health concerns prior to enrollment.

• Our experienced trainers continuously monitor canine participants to ensure safe and positive experiences across all activities, including use of state-of-the-art dog treadmills.

• Owners acknowledge that, despite all precautions, participation in training and fitness activities carries inherent risks.

• Red Dog Ranch is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during service participation.
